About Grace.

I’m Grace Williams, a yoga teacher, movement facilitator, and lifelong student of connection — to body, breath, and nature.
I created Move With Grace to share practices that help people slow down, ground, and rediscover ease — both on and off the mat.

Originally from North Wales, I found my home in Whistler, British Columbia in 2018, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and ancient forests.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking in the backcountry, reading my book by the lakeside or sharing a dinner with friends.

  • My classes have an emphasis on mindful awareness and authentic presence.
Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a corporate retreat, or a group class in Whistler, my goal is the same:
to guide you back to yourself — calm, clear, and connected.

I believe that movement is medicine, and that yoga can be both powerful and deeply soft.
Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, honouring the balance between grounding and growth.

  • “Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.”

For me, yoga isn’t performance — it’s practice.
It’s about listening inward, breathing through what feels stuck, and finding softness in strength.

Whether we’re on the mat, in the forest, or at a corporate retreat — the invitation is the same:
to move, breathe, and be fully present.
